Dr Isaac J. Newton (President of Paramount Communications Inc.) is a graduate of Columbia (Ed. D, International Education and Economics), Harvard (Ed.M., Administration and Social Policy), Princeton (M.Div., Ethics and Public Policy), and Oakwood University (B.A. Theology and History).
As an International Leadership and Change Management Expert, he integrates over 24 years of global experience with pragmatic solutions.
Dr Newton served as an advisor to President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf of Liberia and her executive team in solving leadership challenges and worked as a change-management consultant to the United Nations Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean. His professional scope reaches across several horizons: West Africa, the Caribbean, the United States, and Latin America. He focuses on Organizational Capacity Building, Executive Leadership, Government and Business Relations; Faith-Based Solutions to Social Problems; and Political Campaign Management. Dr Newton is a member of several corporate, non-profit and educational boards in North America, Africa and the Caribbean. His leadership roles include President of Hope Citadel Inc.; President of the Urban Career of Hudson Country; Political Advisor to several Caribbean political organizations; Dean of Students; Foreign Investment Advisor; and Columbia, Yale, Princeton and Harvard Representative at Caribbean College Fairs. He describes himself as a “provocateur-social architect” that pulls together cultural resources with international sources for human transformation. Dr Newton is a frequent guest on various television and radio programs in the Caribbean and the US and has published 4 books.
