Dr Oswald Thomas received his PhD from Pacific Western University and his Masters from Metropolitan College of New York. He completed his clinical work at Beacon Therapy Services in Long Island New York. Recent projects involve coordinating transitions of group homes from state to private ownership, training for the Center for Teacher Effectiveness, and project manager for social services at St. Mary’s Center for Children and Family. He is a doctoral candidate at Argosy University in Education Administration.

Dr Oswald Thomas (Director of Political and Government Affairs of Paramount Communications Inc.) is a professor, political consultant, coach, therapist and media commentator, he has held several positions: special advisor to the Deputy Prime Minister of Antigua and Barbuda, constituency campaign chairman, local government adviser, commissioner of youth empowerment, behaviourist, and executive director of several human services and faith-based organizations. Oswald has provided assessment intelligence and practical guidance to individuals and organizations for over 27 years. His broad background in education, psychotherapy, community organizing, youth work and social advocacy strategy creates a successful track record. He specializes in how the psychology of cognition, attitudes, persuasion, and perception evokes decisions built on courage, hope, optimism, and happiness. Dr Thomas has worked internationally with children and adolescents as a psychotherapist and has consulted with leaders in higher education, media, and business to improve personal and professional functioning.
